ADVANTAGES
• Veterans will have one primary care doctor to coordinate care on an ongoing basis.
• Veterans can receive primary medical care closer to home and don't have to travel to the White River Junction VAM&ROC.
• Veterans will still be eligible for specialty outpatient care, inpatient care and all other entitlements through the White River Junction VAM&ROC.
DIRECTIONS:
From North or South I-89 merge onto I-189 S via Exit 13 toward US-7/Shelburne/Burlington. Keep right and take the US-7 North exit. Take Shelburne Road/Ethan Allen Hwy/US-7 North 0.1 miles to Home Avenue. Turn left onto Home Avenue and go 0.3 miles to Pine Street. Turn right onto Pine Street (0.7 miles) to Lakeside Avenue. Turn left on Lakeside Avenue (0.2 miles). Building is on the right.
PARKING:
The new parking entrance is from the second driveway on your right which is located on the west side of the building (alongside the railroad tracks). Enter the building from the entrance that is on the west side of the building closest to the front of the building. You will need to walk through the ground floor of the building to get to the VA elevator located on the south side of the building. The VA elevator will take you directly to the clinic on the second floor.
